Got a "virus detected" pop-up with a phone number?
Don't click it and don't call the number. Many of these alerts aren't from your antivirus at all; they're browser notifications from a website that was once allowed to send them.

Frequently asked questions
Can you remove a virus from a Mac?
Yes. Matt works on Macs and PCs.
I let a caller or pop-up connect to my computer. What now?
Disconnect from the internet, don't enter any passwords, call your bank if you shared payment details, and book Matt to check the computer.
How much does virus removal cost?
$125/hour for homes and $150 for businesses, with a 1-hour minimum. Most jobs take 1–2 hours. No Fix, No Fee: If Matt can't fix the problem, you don't pay for the visit, and the minimum doesn't apply. Parts bought with your OK are billed at cost.
